All Powerful God

Acts 27-28

Dr. Bob Harrington

Sovereignty – God is in control all things in the universe.

Sovereignty - means that nothing happens unless:

1) God        wills              it to happen (God’s active will), or

2) God       allows            to happen (God’s permissive will, ie.,. the free choices of humans and angels).

Luke 12 6-7 & Isaiah 38:  1-6

Acts 23: 11 - The following night the Lord stood near Paul and said, "Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome ."

My Notes on the Story - Acts 27:1 - 28: 15
