Dr. Bob Harrington
Bob Harrington is the point-man for the team of elders that lead Harpeth Community Church. His family, along with several other families, launched the church just over 9 years ago. He and his wife Cindy have been married for 27 years. Bob has led several companies, including his family's trucking business, but his first calling is ministry. He has various degrees in Bible/Theology and has pursued graduate studies at various universities including Harding University, Asbury Seminary, Princeton Theological Seminary, and the Southern Baptist Seminary. He earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in 2003.
Bob also trains and coaches church leaders in the U.S. and Canada, especially those starting new churches (see www.stadia.cc). For fun, he and Cindy like "24," "Lost," "Heroes," good movies, and sports - especially playing ice hockey. Bob and his wife Cindy have two grown children, Ashley and Chad, who love youth ministry and helping teens to trust and follow Jesus.
